Ingredients:
• 300g beef strips
• 2 tbsp Haday Oyster Sauce
• 1 tbsp Haday Light Soy Sauce
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 1 bell pepper, sliced
• 1 onion, sliced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp sesame oil (optional)
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tbsp water
Instructions:
1. Marinate the beef strips in Haday Oyster Sauce, Haday Light Soy Sauce, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat.
3. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add the marinated beef.
4. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until the beef is browned.
5. Add the bell pepper and onion, continuing to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
6. Mix the sugar with water and add to the stir-fry, tossing everything together until well coated.
7. Drizzle with sesame oil for extra flavor (optional).
8. Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
