  • 01. Stir-Fried Beef with Haday Oyster Sauce
    Ingredients:

    • 300g beef strips
    • 2 tbsp Haday Oyster Sauce
    • 1 tbsp Haday Light Soy Sauce
    • 1 tbsp cornstarch
    • 1 bell pepper, sliced
    • 1 onion, sliced
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil (optional)
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp water

    Instructions:

    1. Marinate the beef strips in Haday Oyster Sauce, Haday Light Soy Sauce, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
    2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat.
    3. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add the marinated beef.
    4. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until the beef is browned.
    5. Add the bell pepper and onion, continuing to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
    6. Mix the sugar with water and add to the stir-fry, tossing everything together until well coated.
    7. Drizzle with sesame oil for extra flavor (optional).
    8. Serve with steamed rice or noodles.

  • 02. Sesame Noodles with Haday Sesame Oil
    Ingredients:

    • 200g wheat noodles (or any preferred noodles)
    • 2 tbsp Haday Sesame Oil
    • 1 tbsp Haday Light Soy Sauce
    • 1 tbsp Haday Black Vinegar
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)
    • 1 cucumber, julienned
    • 1 carrot, julienned
    • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
    • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
    • Chili flakes (optional, for heat)

    Instructions:

    1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
    2. In a small bowl, whisk together Haday Sesame Oil, Haday Light Soy Sauce, Haday Black Vinegar, garlic, sugar, and peanut butter (optional) until smooth.
    3. Toss the noodles in the sauce until evenly coated.
    4. Add the julienned cucumber, carrot, and chopped green onions to the noodles and mix well.
    5. Garnish with sesame seeds and chili flakes if desired.
    6. Serve chilled or at room temperature for a refreshing and flavorful dish.

  • 03. Hoisin-Glazed Chicken Wings with Haday Hoisin Sauce
    Ingredients:

    • 1 kg chicken wings
    • 4 tbsp Haday Hoisin Sauce
    • 2 tbsp Haday Light Soy Sauce
    • 2 tbsp honey
    • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tsp chili paste (optional for heat)
    • 1 tbsp sesame seeds for garnish
    • Chopped green onions for garnish

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with foil.
    2. In a bowl, whisk together Haday Hoisin Sauce, Haday Light Soy Sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and chili paste (optional).
    3. Toss the chicken wings in the marinade, making sure each wing is evenly coated.
    4. Arrange the wings on the baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through until the wings are crispy and caramelized.
    5. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
    6. Serve with dipping sauce or enjoy them as is.
